Family Visit to Washington/Oregon • July 19-22, 2007

Grandma Lucy spent a couple of weeks in the Pacific Northwest on an extended vacation with family, and I was her chaperone on the flight out. It was a nice break from the daily grind with an opportunity to visit with cousins and a short trip to the beautiful Oregon coast. As it turned out, there were a few reasons to celebrate: Leroy's bday, Leroy landing a new dream job with Boeing, the completion of the new deck at Julieta's house, and just because the family is together.
