In late October Shaw and I decided to brave the wilds of Yosemite for 4 days.  Surprisingly it was his first trip to Yosemite and my first camping trip there.  We encountered cold nights, wild bears, foolish tourists and great weather.  It was a great trip punctuated by a sunset drive up to Glacier Point and a hike up the "Mist Trail" to Vernal Falls and beyond.  We can't wait to go back.
