If there is any art or creativity in me it comes out is 2 forms--photography and writing. Since my writing is drier than talcum powder I'd like to devote a page on my site to some of my favorite photographs, photographers and photo equipment.

Photo Expeditions

In early June of 2002 there was a Lunar eclipse visible from the Southern California area. Pictures.

In April of 2002 I finally got to do my long-awaited photo safari up the coast to Big Sur.

My equipment:

Currently I'm using a Canon Elan 7e with the following accessories: Canon EF 24-85mm 3.5, Canon EF 24mm 2.8, Canon EF 50mm 1.4, Canon EF 28-105 3.5, Canon 100-300 4.5, Canon 420EX Speedlite, Bogen 3001 tripod, various filters.

Now I have a Canon Powershot G5, my first digital camera.  So far so good.
